摘要
通过实物装机试验,对耐火砖模具选材、渗硼剂、渗硼层厚度和基体硬度等影响耐火砖模具耐高应力磨粒磨损性能的诸因素作了深入研究。提出了最佳模具制造工艺,用该工艺制造的模具使用寿命是原渗碳模具的2~3倍。
The choice of firebrick die materials and the effect of boronning agents,boronning layer thickness and substrate handness on resistance to high stress abrasive wear of the firebrick dies were thoroughly investigated and evaluated by the way of practical operation of dies.An optimal technique ofmaking firebrick die is presented.The service life of the dies made by the new technique is 2~3 times more than that of the previous dies made by carburizing.
