摘要
随着计算机技术的迅速发展和信息化水平的不断提高，校园网络越来越普及，网络设备和工作站数量迅速增长，随之而来的网络故障也不断增加，从而使网络维护人员的工作量越来越大：因此，合理有效地诊断故障和排除故障具有特别重要的意义。本文根据局域网络的基本原理，简述分层诊断技术．找出解决故障的一般思路.
Along with the rapid development of computer technology and the unceasing enhancement of informatization level, the campus network is more and more popular, the network equipments and workstations are also increased continuously. Consequently, the network malfunction is also increased greatly and is increasing the work load of accendants. Therefore, it＇s very necessary to diagnosis the malfunction reasonably and effectively and to solve it. In terms of the basic principle of local area network, this article briefly presented the hierarchical deagnostic technology and the general solution of campus network malfunction .
