摘要
目的检测PCNA、Ki-67和P21蛋白在女性尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中的表达情况,探讨它们在CA发病中的作用。方法用免疫组化方法对41例CA组织和8例正常外阴皮肤中的PCNA、Ki-67和P21蛋白的过度表达情况分别进行检测。结果41例CA组织中PCNA、Ki-67和P21蛋白的阳性过度表达率分别为72.4%、85.4%和41.5%,而正常外阴皮肤中除Ki-67蛋白过度表达率为25%外,PCNA和P21蛋白均无过度表达。CA组和对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论CA组织中PCNA、Ki-67和P21蛋白的过度表达,可能与CA的发病有关。
Objective To detect the expression of PCNA Ki-67 and P21 protein in condyloma acuminature (CA), and to explore their roles in pathogenesis. Methods The expression of PCNA .Ki-67 and P21 protein in 41cases of CA and 8 normal controls were detected respectively by immunohistochemical technique. Results The middle and strong positive expressive rate of PCNA ,Ki-67 and 1021 protein in CA were72.4%, 85.4% and 41.5%,respectively. However, there were no expression of PCNA and P21 protein except the middle positive expressive rate of Ki-67 protein were 25% in normal controls. There were significantly difference (P〈0.05 or 0.01) of PCNA .Ki-67 and P21 between two groups. Conclusion The Overexpression of PCNA . Ki-67 and P21 protein in CA may play some roles in CA pathogenesis.
