摘要
目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中Bcl-2、Bax和P53蛋白的表达及其与CA发病的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测28例CA组织和14例正常上皮组织中Bcl-2、Bax和P53蛋白的表达情况。结果28例CA组织中Bcl-2、Bax和P53蛋白表达率分别为46.43%、75.00%和71.43%,而在正常上皮组织中的表达率分别为14.29%、57.14%和28.57%,Bcl-2、P53的表达在正常组织和CA组差异有显著性(P<0.05);Bcl-2和Bax的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.611,P<0.05)。结论CA组织中Bcl-2、Bax和P53蛋白表达异常及其Bcl-2和Bax二者的相关性可能与CA的发病有关。
【Objective】 To detect the expression and significance of Bcl-2、Bax and P53 in keratinocytes of condyloma acuminatum (CA), and explore their roles in pathogenesis. 【Methods】 Thc expression of Bcl-2, Bax and P53 protcin in 28 cases of CA and 14 normal controls were detected respectively by immunohistochemistry staining (SP). 【Results】 The positive expression rates of Bcl-2 and P53 in CA were significantly higher than those in normal samples (P 〈 0.05), and there was a negatitive correlation between Bcl-2 and Bax expression (r = -0.611, P 〈 0.05). 【Conclusion】 Bel-2, Bax and P53 may play great role in CA pathogenesis.
