介绍了《中华人民共和国图书馆法》草案的起草过程、立法思路和草案第二稿主要内容。
Among the three sections of this article, that author first examines the drafting history of the Library Law of the People's Republic of China and then reviews the perspective and thoughts involved in such drafting. Finally, the article discusses some major provisions of the Library law of the People's Republic of China.
