摘要
[目的]对比研究黄韧带病变的MRI、CT诊断特征。[方法]回顾性分析本院2002～2005年48例黄韧带病变的MRI、CT影像特点及临床资料。[结果]MRI矢状位：椎管后方“＼”样低信号影；轴位：椎管后方“V”字形低信号影；CT椎管两侧软组织密度影，部分呈骨质密度。[结论]黄韧带病变的MRI及CT影像表现各有优缺点，相互配合，有利于临床诊断治疗。
[ Objective] To analyze the MRI and CT characteristics of the pathological changes of ligamentum flavum. [ Method] Clinical data of MRI and CT characteristics of 48 cases of lagamentum flavum pathological changes were analyzed and compared retrospectively. [ Result] MRI showed ＂ ／ ＂ signal in sagital position and ＂V＂ signal from the vertebral canal in stalk postition. CT showed two sides of soft tissue signal of vertebral canal and some part presented bone substance density. [ Conclusion] The MRI, CT images of the ligamentum flavum pathological changes have both advantages and disadvantages. It would benefit the clinical therapy only with the combination of them.
