摘要
在Wingate无氧功率测试负荷系数分别为0.070、0.075、0.080、0.085、0.090和0.095的条件下,对浙江省运动技术学校60名12~17周岁田径短跑运动员进行测试,结果发现:少儿男子短跑运动员尢氧功率测试的理想负荷系数为0.085,少儿女子短跑运动员无氧功率测试的理想负荷系数为0.08.
The author looked for the maximal Wingate test load coefficient by testing 60 track athletes aged 12 to 17 years in the Zhejiang PE Technology School with the load coefficient of the Wingate anaerobic power test being 0. 070, 0. 075, 0. 080, 0. 085, 0. 090 and 0. 095 respectively. The result shows that the most ideal load coefficient of young male sprint athletes is 0. 085 and that of young female sprint athletes is 0. 080.
