摘要
用自行车功量计对少年中跑女运动员进行了无氧功率实验研究。结果表明,腿力与1s无氧功率峰值、5 s无氧功率峰值、30 s无氧功率均值、60 s无氧功率均值高度直线相关,与30 s和60 s无氧功率递减率无相关关系。提示:腿力在以高能磷酸源系统为主要供能的短时最大强度运动能力的评价中有较高的贡献率;在以乳酸能系统为主供能的稍长时间最大强度运动中,其贡献率随运动时间的延长而降低。
The research was made experimentally on the anaerobic powers of the female juvenile middle distance runners by bicycle ergometer. The results indicated that there were high linear relationships between leg strength and the peak anaerobic powers of 1 see and 5 see as well as the average anaerobic powers of 30 see and 60 see. There was no relationship with the 30 see and the 60 see anaerobic power degression rate. It was prompted that leg strength contributed greatly to the evaluation of the maximum intensive exercise performance during exercise for a short time, in which the energy supply was mainly by the high - energy - phosphagen system. And during the maximum intensive exercise for a longer time, the main energy-supply system of which was the lactate energy system, the contribution rate of leg strength decreased with the extension of the duration of exercise. The results of this experiment are of theoretical guiding significance for the selection of training measures of maximum and submaximum intensive sports events.
