4种中草药制剂对大口黑鲈体成分和肌肉品质的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Four Chinese Herbal Preparations in the Feed on Body Composition and Muscle Quality of Micropterus Salmoides

摘要 在基础饲料中分别添加姜黄素(50mg/kg)、复方中草药Ⅰ(板蓝根、大黄,5g/kg)、复方中草药Ⅱ(黄芩、黄柏、大黄、大青叶,5g/kg)、复方中草药Ⅲ(辣蓼、青蒿、苍耳草、赤小豆、苦杏仁、麦麸、面粉,5g/kg)连续饲喂初始体质量(19.53±5)g的大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)60d,每组3个重复,每个重复25尾鱼,表观饱食投喂,每天投喂2次,探讨了4种中草药制剂对大口黑鲈体成分和肌肉品质评价的影响。结果显示,饲料中添加4种中草药制剂对大口黑鲈肌肉常规营养成分的影响不显著(P>0.05),但显著提高肌肉鲜味氨基酸总量(P<0.05);姜黄素、复方中草药Ⅲ显著提高肌肉氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸总量、半必需氨基酸总量、非必需氨基酸总量(P<0.05),复方中草药Ⅰ显著提高肌肉中必需氨基酸总量(P<0.05),复方中草药Ⅱ显著提高肌肉中半必需氨基酸总量(P<0.05);饲料中添加姜黄素和复方中草药Ⅱ、Ⅲ显著降低肌肉中单不饱和脂肪酸含量,提高多不饱和脂肪酸含量(P<0.05)。总的来看,饲料中添加适量的4种中草药制剂可显著提升大口黑鲈肌肉品质,以姜黄素、复方中草药Ⅲ的效果最佳。 A basal diet(control)was supplemented with curcumin(50mg/kg),compound Chinese herbal preparationⅠ(Isatis tinctoria and Rheum officinale;5g/kg),compound Chinese herbal preparationⅡ(Scutellaria baicalensis,Phellodendron amurense,Rheum officinale and Folium Isatidis;5g/kg),and compound Chinese herbal preparationⅢ(red-knees herb,Artemisia carvifolia,Xanthium sibiricum,Vigna umbellate,Semen Armeniacae Amarum,wheat bran and flour;5g/kg)to formulate four experimental diets.Micropterus salmoides with the initial weight of 19.53±5g were continuously fed for 60d.Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate groups of 25 fish and the fish were fed twice daily to apparent satiation.A 60d feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of four Chinese herbal preparations in the feed on body composition and muscle quality of Micropterus salmoides.The results show that muscle nutrient components of micropterus salmoides are not significantly affected by adding four Chinese herbal preparations in the feed(P>0.05),but the total umami amino acid content in muscle significantly increases(P<0.05);Total amino acid content in muscle,total essential amino acid content,total semi-essential amino acid content and total non-essential amino acid content are remarkably improved by Curcumin and compound Chinese herbal preparationⅢ(P<0.05);Total essential amino acid content in muscle is significantly increased by compound Chinese herbal preparationⅠ(P<0.05);Semi-essential amino acid content in muscle is significantly improved by compound Chinese herbal preparationⅡ(P<0.05).The adding of curcumin and compound Chinese herbal preparationsⅡ&Ⅲto the feed significantly reduces the content of monounsaturated fatty acid in muscle,and improves the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids(P<0.05).On the whole,adding a moderate amount of four compound Chinese herbal preparations to the feed can significantly increase the muscle quality of micropterus salmoides,and the effect of curcumin and compound Chinese herbal preparationⅢis the best.
