摘要
目的建立测定黄芪注射液中黄芪甲苷含量的新方法．方法采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法(HPLC- ELSD)测定．结果黄芪甲苷在2．182-13．092μg与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性(r=0．9999,n=5),平均回收率为98．4％,RSD=0．73％．结论该方法简便、准确,可供本品的质量控制．
Objective To develop a new method determination of astragaloside IV in Huangqi injection. Method： A HPLC-ELSD method was set up. Result： The standard curve was linear at the range of 2.182.13.092μg for astragaloside （r=0.9999,n=5）,the average recovery was 98.4%（RSD=0.73%）. Conclusion： The method is simple and precise for quality control of Huangqi injection.
