摘要
介绍了湿度测量和校准方法及其相互关系。强调指出,正确使用饱和盐法、分流法、双温法、双压法湿度发生装置对于保证湿度检测校准至关重要。
The primary and working standard on humidity measuring and their relationship are introduced in this paper. It also point out emphatically that it is significant to promise the measurement and calibration of humidity sensors, by correctly using standard humidity generator of two-pressure method, two-temperature method, divided flow method and saturated salt method.
