摘要
介绍了双压法湿度发生器标准装置的技术指标、测量方法和不确定度评定。测试结果和不确定度分析表明,该发生器在-25-+25℃测量范围内,露点温度测量的不确定度不大于0．04℃。满足我国湿度量值传递的准确度要求。
In the article we introduce the specification of the two pressure humidity generator, meas- urement method, uncertainty component and its evaluation. The measurement results and uncertainty analysis shows that in the dew point range of -25℃- ＋25 ℃ the uncertainty less than 0.04 ℃. It meets the dissemination requirements of humidity value in this range.
