摘要
文章结合西安石油大学英语四级的教学和管理工作,提出为了提高大学英语四级通过率,在保证必要的师资力量、教学条件等前提下,采取一些措施,如把握学校英语试题的难易程度,使试卷的题型全面化;重视硬件建设,保障学习条件;引入竞争机制,实施激励措施;提高教学质量,激发学生学习英语的兴趣;做好课堂纪律管理,强化试题训练;针对学生的实际情况,对症下药等,进一步把英语教学和四级通过率提上一个台阶。
According to the teaching and management of CET4 in Xi＇an Petroleum University, on the premise of enough teachers and necessary teaching situation as well, some measures are taken to improve the passing rate of CET4. These includes： grasping the standards of the normal English tests in the university to make the types of the questions complete; paying attention to the construction of hardware to ensure the education situation; introducing competition and carrying out stimulating measures; improving the education quality and arousing the students＇ interests in English study; keeping discipline well in the classroom and practicing more; suiting the methods to the situation in teaching different students.
