摘要
伴随着工程量清单计价规范的实行,业主造价管理遇到了全新的问题,本文分析新环境下带来的变化,辨析业主造价管理可能产生的风险,进而浅谈全过程业主的造价控制。
With the implementation of the "Code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works", a few of bran - new matters of owner cost controlling are fallen across. The paper analyses these changes under new criterion, differentiates and analyses possible risks. Owner cost controlling of the whole course are discussed in the ultimate.
