摘要
针对建筑工程招标投标的现实情况 ,根据国家出台的《中华人民共和国招投标法》及有关法规 ,对招投标存在的问题进行了剖析 ,阐述了招标投标中应坚持“公开、公平、公正”
Based on the reality in construction bidding,the bidding law of PRC and other regulations concerned,the problems in bidding are analyzed.The principles—publicity,equality,fairness—observed in bidding are described.
