摘要
学习型企业是适应于21世纪的一种新型组织。文章以国际上学习化程度较高的几个知名企业为样本,运用统计学的方法对样本企业各项经济指标进行考察、处理,设计出一套(外部)鉴别与评价学习型企业的5分评分指标体系,并应用该指标体系对个别企业进行鉴别、评价与验证。研究表明,该指标体系在技术和经济上是可行的。
A learning enterprise is a new type of organization in the 21st century. This paper studies several enterprises known for their higher degree of learning. Economic indicators in these enterprises are exclusively examined and studied by ＇means of statistical analysis. Based on this study, the present author has designed a five-point indicator system that identifies and assesses learning-type enterprises and meanwhile it can be used to identify, evaluate and audit other enterprises. This study proves that the indicator system is feasible technologically and economically.
