摘要
介绍建立科研教学绩效考核信息系统的意义、设计思路和实现方法,并通过医院应用该信息系统的数据分析,总结出以个人技术档案为基础,以量化指标体系为标准,开展科研教学绩效考核,是管理新思路与深入信息数据挖掘的产物。这种管理方式符合以人为本的管理理念,值得深入研究。
The paper gives an account of the significance, design ideas and realization methods of developing an information system for assessing performance in scientific research and teaching and argues on the basis of an analysis of data on the hospital's use of the system that assessment of performance in scientific research and teaching based on individual professional records and conducted according to the standards of quantitative indexes is the product of new management ideas and further digging of informa tion. This form of management, which is in line with the management idea of people first, is worth further research.
