高血压伴静息心率增加与心血管病危险性分析被引量：1

摘要目的探讨高血压伴静息心率(RHR)增加在心血管疾病中的变化和临床意义。方法对295例高血压病病人进行分组研究,测定其静息心率、血糖、血脂及并进行超声心动图检查。结果高血压组静息心率为(78.14±10.97)/min,显著高于正常对照组(73.05±10.99)/min(P<0.05),高血压并发左室肥厚病人高于无左室肥厚病人(P<0.05),高血压并发高血糖病人高于血糖正常病人(P<0.05)。结论静息心率增加与心血管病危险性的增加呈正相关。
