摘要
目的分析原发性高血压患者静息心率增高与代谢综合征的关系。方法方便选择2015年4月—2017年5月该院收治的原发性高血压患者320例作为研究对象,根据RHR水平分为3组,RHR 1组(RHR<70次/min)52例,RHR2组(RHR 70~85次/min)158例,RHR 3组(RHR>85次/min)110例,测量3组患者腰围、血压、FBG、糖负荷后2 h血糖、TC、TG、LDLC、HDLC、FINS、IR等指标。结果与RHR1组和RHR2组相比,RHR3组的HDL最低[(0.74±0.45)mmol/L],TC、TG、LDL、FINS、IR等指标[(5.92±0.73)mmol/L、(3.54±0.86)mmol/L、(4.01±0.68)mmol/L、(42.3±10.5)μU/m L、(12.7±1.76)]显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。3组合并1种代谢异常比率(35.5%)与合并2种代谢异常比率(42.7%)高于其他两组(P<0.05)。RHR与腰围、FBG、糖负荷后2 h血糖、TC、TG、LDLC、FINS、IR呈正相关(r=0.36、0.61、0.45、0.28、0.45、0.41、0.36、0.54,P<0.05),与HDLC呈负相关(r=-0.41,P<0.05)。结论 RHR可能与原发性高血压患者代谢紊乱有关,在降压的同时应重视改善伴随的多种代谢紊乱及控制心率。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the resting heart rate and metabolic syndrome of patients with primary hypertension. Methods 320 cases of patients with primary hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into three groups according to the RHR level,including RHR 1 group(RHP < 70 times/min) with 52 cases, RHR 2 group(RHR 70~85 times/min) with 158 cases and RHR 3 group(RHR>85 times/min) with 110 cases, and the waistline, blood pressure, FBG, 2 h blood glucose after the glucose load, TC,TG,LDLC,HDLC,FINS,IR of the three groups were measures. Results The HDL in the RHR3 group was the lowest compared with that in the RHR 1 group and RHR 2 group, which was(0.74±0.45)mmol/L, and the TC,TG,LDL,FINS,IR were obviously higher than those in the other two groups, which were respectively[(5.92±0.73)mmol/L,(3.54±0.86)mmol/L,(4.01±0.68)mmol/L,(42.3±10.5)μU/m L,(12.7±1.76)]in the RHR 3 group(P<0.05), and the ratio of three groups with 1 metabolic disorder and the ratio of three groups with 2 metabolic disorders were respectively 35.5% and 42.7%, which were obviously higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05), and the RHR was positively correlated with the waistline, FBG,2 h blood glucose after glucose load, TC, TG, LDLC, FINS, IR(r=0.36,0.61,0.45,0.28,0.45,0.41,0.36,0.54,P<0.05) and negatively correlated with the HDLC(r=-0.41, P<0.05). Conclusion RHR may be correlated with the metabolic disorder of patients with primary hypertension and we should pay attention to improving the multiple metabolic disorders and controlling the heart rate.
