摘要
设计了中碳Si-Mn TRIP高强度锚杆用钢,并对其等温淬火工艺进行了研究。研究发现该钢860℃奥氏体化,在340℃等温淬火、等温3 h时,得到条状贝氏体铁素体和条间膜状残留奥氏体,具有高的屈服强度(σ0.2=930 MPa)和高抗拉强度(σb=1400 MPa)以及良好的塑性(δ5=18%)配合,完全可以适合用作煤巷工作条件下超高强度锚杆材料。
A novel high strength TRIP steel with medium carbon Si-Mn has been designed and investigate its isothermal quenching technological process. The study show that lath of bainite ferrite and film austenite mixed microstructure can been obtained under austeniting at 860 ℃ and then isothermal quenching at 340 ℃ for 3 hours. The properties of the new steel yield strength, tensile strength and enlongation are respectively reached 930 MPa, 1400 MPa and 18%. Therefore, the steel may be suitable for application of super high strength rock bolt applied in coahnine roadway.
