摘要
为了更好地研究曲轴在实际工作过程中的动态特性,本文首先建立曲柄连杆机构的多刚体动力学模型,进行动力学分析模拟.由动力学分析结果得到曲轴所受到的各种载荷,根据这些载荷进行曲轴的有限元分析.进而研究曲轴过渡圆角大小对最大应力的影响,在此基础上对单缸曲轴模型进行优化,确定最优的曲轴过渡圆角,探索了基于现代设计手段的曲轴优化设计的基本方法.
In order to further research dynamic characteristics of crankshaft under real circumstance, the multi - body dynamics model of engine crank gear is first set up. Based on the results from the multi - body dynamics analysis, the finite element analysis of crankshaft is accomplished, and then how the transition fillet influence on the maximum stress is analyzed, At last a one -cylinder crankshaft model is used to optimize the best crankshaft transition fillet. An exploration is made into the basic method to optimize design crankshaft using modern design tools.
