摘要
通过对QT900-2球墨铸铁G6135Z曲轴断口进行宏观检查,并采用化学成分分析、断口分析、金相检验和扫描电镜观察等方法,分析讨论了曲轴断裂的潜在原因。结果表明,铸造过程中夹渣物和球化不良是引起曲轴断裂的主要因素,提出了球墨铸铁曲轴浇铸时的应对措施。
Through the macroscopic test of crankshaft fracture of ductile iron G6135Z with material of QT900-2, and the methods of chemical composition analysis, fracture analysis, metallography and SEM were adopted to analyze and discuss the possible reasons of crankshaft fracture. The results indicated that slag inclusions and abnormal nodulizing were the main causes of crankshaft fracture in casting process. Preventive measures were proposed.
