摘要
采用羊脾作为原料,苯酚-稀盐法进行RNA提取,提取率为1.45‰。蛋白质浓度检验试剂盒BCA法测定蛋白含量为2.05%,紫外分光光度计测定吸光度比值(260 nm/280 nm)为1.84,定磷法测DNA含量为2.74%,地衣酚显色法测RNA含量为94.50%。
The spleer sleem was used as the raw malerial and RNA was extracted by phenol-diluted Nacl method. Experiment indieated that the RNA eontent, DNA content and protein content are 94. 50%, 2. 74%,2. 05% respectiyely. The Abs （260 nm/280 nm） is 1.82.
