摘要
文蛤糖肽MGP0501(Meretrix meretrixGlycoPeptide)是从海洋软体动物文蛤中分离的一种低分子糖肽。该文以溴化二苯偶氮盐(MTT)法检测MGP0501对体外培养的癌细胞的抑制作用和稳定性。MGP0501对体外培养的人肺癌细胞株(A549),卵巢癌细胞株(HO8910),宫颈癌细胞株(Hela),鼻咽癌细胞株(KB),肝癌细胞株(SMMC-7721)生长均有很强的抑制作用,并且对鼠源性癌细胞株(B16)有更强的抑制作用,并呈量效关系。MGP0501有很好的温度稳定性,中性条件下抗肿瘤活性最强。证明MGP0501具有稳定的、广谱的抗癌活性。
MGP0501 (Meretrix meretrix Glycopeptide,) is a novel glycolpeptide isolated and purified from marine mollusk Meretrix meretrix. The antitumor activity and stability of MGP0501 were preliminarily deter mined by MTT method in vitro. MGP0501 has strong inhibiting effect on growth of human cancer cell strains A549, HO8910, HeLa, KB and SMMC-7721 in vitro, and also has stronger inhibition on mice cancer cell strain B16 in a dose-dependent manner. Experiments showed that the MGP0501 presented temperature tolerance and the best antitumor activity in neutral solution by MTT method.
