摘要
目的探讨乌榄(CanariumpimelaKoening)果、叶、皮水提物对血压和心率的作用。方法以大鼠为实验动物,采用颈总动脉插管法,通过MedLab生物信号采集处理系统,分别观察测定乌榄果、叶、皮不同药用部位水提物对大鼠血压和心率的影响。结果乌榄果、叶、皮水提物对正常大鼠血压都有快速降压作用,降压作用以乌榄的果和叶更为显著。同时还发现三个药用部位的水提物都有减慢心率的作用。结论乌榄果、叶、皮水提物对正常大鼠有降压和减慢心率的作用;果、叶水提取物的降压效果强于乌榄树皮水提取物,说明乌榄不同药用部位水提取物具有降压和减慢心率的药效作用和相关活性成分存在。
Objective To find out the effect of the aqueous soluable part of extracts from fruit, leaves and skin of canarium pimela koening on rats blood pressure and heart rate. Method The effect of extracts of different parts of Canarium Pimela Koening on the rats blood pressure and heart rate were tested by using a. carotis communis catheterization via MedLab bio-signal collection system. Result The extracts of fruit, leaves and skin of canarium pimela koening all lowered the rats blood pressure quickly. The effect of extracts of fruit and leaves in lowering blood pressure is stronger than that of the skin extracts. Conclusion The extracts of fruit, leaves and skin of Canarium Pimela Koening can lower blood pressure and shorten heart rate of normal rats, which explain that those composition in different extracts are all effective.
