摘要
目的观察乌榄叶水提物对不同状态下大鼠血压和心率的影响。方法采用颈总动脉插管法,通过Med-Lab生物信号采集处理系统,股静脉给药,观察记录乌榄叶水提物对正常大鼠和夹闭颈总动脉升压大鼠的血压和心率的影响。结果乌榄叶水提物对正常大鼠和夹闭颈总动脉升压大鼠的收缩压和舒张压都有快速、短效的降压作用,血压下降以后者更为明显。降压效果和持续时间随着药物剂量的增加而加大、延长。另外乌榄叶水提物有明显的减慢心率的作用。结论具有降压和减慢心率的药效作用,并有一定的药物量效关系;降压效果与大鼠基础血压相关。
Objective To observe the effect of the aqueous soluble part of Canarium Pimela Koenin of the leaves extracts on the blood pressure and heart rate of rats on various conditions. Methods Different dosages of Canarium Pimela Koening extracts were added by femoral intravenous injection using a. carotis communis catheterization via MedLab bio-signal collection system. The effect of Canarium Pimela Koening extracts on the blood pressure and heart rate of normal rats and the rats with contracted a. carotis communis were observed and recorded. Results Canarium Pimela Koening extracts had a quick and short-term effect of lowering the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in both normal rats and the rats with contracted a. carotis communis, of which the effect on the latter was more obvious. The extent to which lower blood pressure was lowered and the duration time depended on the extract dosages. Moreover,Canarium Pimela Koening extracts had an obvious effect of reducining heart rate. Conclusion Canarium Pimela Koening extracts has an effect of lowering the blood pressure and reducing heart rate on rats, and the result has to do with certain amounts of the drug. The effect is related to the basic blood pressure of the rats.
