摘要
通过对1号炉屏式过热器爆管管样的宏观检验、壁厚测量和金相检验,对爆管原因进行了分析。结果表明:爆管主要是由于管子长期过热所致,而屏式过热器管卡烧损、个别管段出列、减温水调节方式不当是引起屏式过热器超温的主要原因。
Through macroscopic examination, wall-thickness measurement, and metallographic examination of tube specimen taken from the bursted platen superheater of boiler no.1, the causes leading to tube-burst have been analysed. Results show that the tube-burst is mainly due to the result of tube’s long term overheating, while the main causes resultsing in overtemperature of the platen superheater are as follows: (1) burn-out of superheater’s pipe-grippers; (2) some tube-sections are out of the row; (3) unsuitable mode for adjusting the desuperheating water.
