摘要
主要介绍了如何利用电导率仪、变频器、加氨泵实现除盐水自动加氨系统.另外,对给水pH值、电导率、流量相关控制信号在测量中存在的技术问题进行了详细的分析,并采用将给水电导率换算成pH值的技术,提出了一种提高自动控制加氨准确性的方法.
This paper chiefly introduces ammonia injecting feed water system using electrical conductivity instrument, frequency-converter and ammonia injecting pump. And it also respectively analyzes the technological problems related to control signals in measurements of pH value, conductivity and flow rate of feed water, and proposes a method to improve the control accuracy of automatic ammonia injection, using technology converting conductivity into pH value of feed water.
