摘要
根据酸碱滴定曲线本身非线性的特点 ,提出了三区段非线性变增益PID控制算法和积分模糊控制 (IFC)算法 ,通过对带有时滞的pH值中和反应过程进行数字仿真研究 ,控制结果表明新型算法具有鲁棒性强、响应速度快和控制精度高的优点 ,尤其是IFC控制方法能克服pH值中和过程中的较大时滞 .
According to the inherent nonlinear characteristics of the acid alkalititration curve, a PID control algorithm with three segment nonlinear variable gain and another fuzzy control algorithm with integration module(IFC) are presented. Numerical simulation of pH neutralization process with time delay is performed by using these two algorithms. The control results show that the new algorithms exhibit such advantages as good robustness, quick response, and high control accuracy. Specifically, the IFC control algorithm is capable of dealing with the larger time delay in the process of pH neutralization.
