摘要
测量电晕老化前后Kapton 100 HN聚酰亚胺薄膜在均匀直流电场中的电致发光强度和光谱,研究了电致发光强度与外加电场强度的关系.结果表明:聚酰亚胺薄膜的电致发光强度随着外加电场强度的提高而提高.聚酰亚胺薄膜的电致发光谱由荧光区、磷光区和红光及红外三个区域组成,电致发光的阈值场强约为2.8 MV/cm.电晕老化处理后,聚酰亚胺薄膜的电致发光阈值场强降低,光子的产率提高并出现新峰.这些结果是电晕老化效应的综合作用所导致的.
Electroluminescent spectrum and intensity of Dupont 100 HN polyimide films before and after corona-aged in dc field were measured. The results showed that EL intensity increases with rising the electric field. The EL spectrum consists of fluorescent, phosphorescent and infrared regions, and the EL threshold field is about 2.8 MV/cm. After corona-aged the peak of the EL threshold field was lower, the rate of photons increased and a new peak appeared which is likely due to the integrated effect of corona-aging.
