摘要
用自制电致发光(electrolum inescence-EL)装置测量了均匀直流电场作用下的高密度和低密度聚乙烯(polyethylene-PE)薄膜的发光强度(cps)与时间的关系曲线以及EL的谱特性.结果表明,两者的EL强度均随电场而增大.低密度聚乙烯薄膜在2.32 MVcm-1时发生预击穿,EL在400 nm处强度较大;高密度聚乙烯薄膜在2.57MVcm-1时发生预击穿,EL在390 nm,485 nm和650 nm处的强度较大.
We tested electroluminescence versus time and its spectra characteristics of both high and low density polyethylene films under de field by experimental setup made in home. The results showed that the electroluminescence of both polyethylene films increased along with the field. The prebreakdown field of low density polyethylene film was 2.32 MVcm^-1, and EL was stronger at 400 nm. High density polyethylene film' s prebreakdown phenomenon appeared under 2.57 MVcm^ - 1, Electroluminescence was stronger at 390, 485 and 650nm.
