摘要
目的:通过对管花肉苁蓉干物质积累和松果菊苷含量的研究,为华北平原人工栽培管花肉苁蓉提供理论依据。方法:比较分析了华北平原管花肉苁蓉不同生长阶段干物质积累量的动态变化,高效液相系统分析了指标性成分松果菊苷含量。结果:管花肉苁蓉干物质积累呈“S”型动态变化,9月份干物质积累增加最多,生长12个月单株干物质量可达138.58 g;不同接种时间的管花肉苁蓉,随着接种时间的推迟,年内干物质积累量显著降低;管花肉苁蓉松果菊苷含量以生长5个月时最高,达到30.59%,之后逐渐降低,生长12个月时松果菊苷含量为9.76%。结论:明确了华北平原一年生管花肉苁蓉干物质积累和松果菊苷含量的动态变化规律。
Objective: To give some theory support of Cistanche tubulosa cultivation by searching dry matter accumulation and echina- coside content of C. tubulosa. Method: Dry matter accumulation content of C. tubulosa culturing in Huabei plain was analysed in different growth season of C. tubulosa. Echinacoside content was determined by HPLC.Result: Dry matter accumulation of C. tubulosa showed "S" variation. Dry matter accumulation increased fastest in September among growing seasons. Dry matter amount was 138.58 g after C. tubulosa grew a year. Dry matter amount decreased significantly along with inoculation time retarded. Echinacoside content was 30.59% when C. tubulosa grew in 5 months, decreased guadully after that, and 9.76% in annual. Conclusion: Variation rule of dry matter accumulation and echinacoside content was found in C. tubulosa that grew one year in Huabei plain.
