摘要 目的探讨护理专业课堂教学评价的要求与对策。方法对目前医学院校课堂授课质量评价的要求进行分析,为进一步规范课堂授课质量评价提出对策。结果客观、公正和准确的教学评价,可提高教师的教学积极性,起到测定、指导、激励和管理的作用。结论护理课程的课堂教学评价,应该从本专业本课程所要实现的教学目标去把握教学过程,评价的重点应以教学目标的实现程度来表示教学的质量与效果。 Objective To explore the requirements in evaluating nursing teaching and their The requirements of quality assessment of nursing teaching in current medical colleges were analyzed. We put forward to standardize teaching quality assessment system. Results Impersonal, just and accurate assessment enhanced the enthusiasm of teachers and effectively served for evaluation, guidance, inspiration and management. Conclusion The teaching evaluation of nursing should be based on the goal of nursing classes. The emphasis of evaluation is on the extent of realization of teaching goal, which represents the quality and effect of teaching.
