摘要
本文对未变质处理和变质处理的ＺＡ２７合金及ＺＱＳｎ６－６－３合金与ＧＣｒ１５试环进行了磨损试验研究。测量并计算了其相对摩擦系数以及合金试块间的相对耐磨性。试验研究表明：将ＺＡ２７合金进行变质处理是降低摩擦系数，提高耐磨性的有效途径。
In this paper, the wearability of ZA27 alloy and deteriorated ZA27 alloy, ZQSn6-6-3 alloy as Well as GCr15 alloy has been investigated.The relative friction coefficient and wearability have been measure and calculated.The results obtained show that deeriorating is an effective methed that can increase the wearability and decrease the friction of ZA27 alloy.
