摘要
在锌合金制备加工过程中引入物理场改善其组织和性能,成为当前的研究热点。物理场处理相对于传统添加剂细晶技术具有绿色高效,保持合金原有成分等优势。介绍了电场、磁场、超声处理以及电磁复合场对锌合金凝固组织影响的研究,并对其工业化应用提出了展望。
The introduction of physical field to improve the microstructure and properties of zinc alloy in the process of zinc alloy preparation is a hot spot. Compared with the technology of traditional additives grain refinement, the physical field treatment has the advantages of green, high efficiency and maintaining the original composition of the alloy. The effects of electric field, magnetic field, ultrasonic treatment and electromagnetic field on solidification structure of zinc alloy were introduced, and the industrial application prospects of these technologies were discussed.
