摘要
目的:探讨高血压与血尿酸水平的关系。方法:测定120例高血压患者血尿酸浓度,与120例血压正常人对照组比较,并测定120例高血压患者血压控制到理想水平后,血尿酸的变化。结果:血尿酸水平高血压组高于对照组,中、重度高血压明显高于轻度高血压,均有显著性差异(P<0．05)。结论:血尿酸水平升高与高血压有密切关系,血压控制达理想水平后,血尿酸值也下降,与治疗前血尿酸水平相比有统计学意义。降压治疗时要注意保护肾脏,应用降血尿酸水平的药物。
Objective：To study the relationship of hypertension and serum uric acid.Methods： To test uric acid level of the patients with hypertension, compared with people with normal blood tension; then to observe the changes of uric acid after the patients blood tension was controlled.Results： Serum uric acid level of hypertension group is higher than normal blood tension group, and the increase txend of uric acid is mere obvious with hypertension degree, （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： There was positive relation in serum uric acid and hypertension. It showed that scrum uric acid will decrease after hypertension was controlled, which has statistical signification. It was important that protection of kidney and the drug which could low serum uric acid.
