摘要 目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与高血压、冠心病的关系。方法选择55例单纯高血压患者作为A组;55例单纯冠心病患者作为B组;55例高血压合并冠心病患者作为C组;另选同期健康体检者55例作为对照组D组,测定他们空腹血浆Hcy的浓度。结果 A、B、C三组中Hcy水平均显著高于对照组D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),A、B、C三组中Hcy水平比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血浆Hcy水平不仅是高血压的危险因素之一,也是冠心病的独立危险因子。
