摘要 近年研究发现乙醇及其代谢衍生物乙醛,通过改变细胞内信号传导通道,进而破坏上皮细胞紧密连接,增加肠道细胞侧壁对大分子物质的通透性,促进内毒素血症与ALD的发生发展。此文就乙醇及乙醛介导的肠道通透性改变与ALD发生发展的关系作一综述。 Ethanol and its metabolic derivate aldehyde have been considered to be involved in the pathogenesis and progress of endotoxemia and alcoholic liver disease. Resent researches have raised evidences to support that such effects may be mainly through changing intracellular signal transduction passage, impairing the tight conjunction of epithelium and further increasing the permeability of intestinal cellular lateral wall to macromolecule substances. This review will focus on the association between ethanol and aldehyde mediated intestinal permeability change and alcoholic liver disease.
