摘要
目的研究中风后遗症“气虚血瘀”大鼠模型脑组织氨基酸类神经递质的变化。方法建立中风后遗症“气虚血瘀”大鼠模型,用HPLC法测定大鼠脑组织氨基酸类神经递质的含量。结果刺激组(SG)毛发相对黯淡无光、卷曲,精神萎靡,表情惊恐,消瘦,肢体无力,摄食减少,饮水减少,手术伤口愈合迟缓。SG组符合中医气虚血瘀征候。在氨基酸类神经递质方面,APG组大鼠脑组织Asp、Glu含量显著高于NG组、NSG组(P<0.01),各组大鼠脑组织Gly含量无显著性差异;APG组大鼠脑组织Gaba含量显著低于NG组、SG组(P<0.01),也低于NSG组(P<0.05)。结论中风后遗症气虚血瘀动物模型的脑组织兴奋性氨基酸类神经递质(主要是Glu)含量异常升高,高于非气虚血瘀动物模型。原因一方面是由于气虚血瘀,能量代谢障碍,增加了Glu的含量;另一方面,Glu含量的升高增加了毒性作用,形成恶性循环,进一步加剧了动物模型的气虚血瘀。
Aim To study the change of the aminoacid neurotransmitters in the brain of the stroke sequela models of rats lacking in Qi and with blood silted. Methods The stroke sequela models were established of rats which lack Qi and with blood silted, and the aminoacid neurotransmitters in the brain of the rats analyzed . Results Rats in the SG group had relatively dimand curly hair, suffering from depression, panic, emaciation, weakness, indigestion and retarded healing of incisions ,which coincide with indications of lack of Qi and bcood silt. According to the the aminoacid neurotransmitters in the brain of rats, the contents of Glu and Asp of the APG group are higher than those of the NSG,SG group( P 〈0.01 ). There is no significant difference between each group in terms of the contents of the Gly. The contents of Gaba of the APG group are lower than those of NG,SG group( P 〈0.01 ) and the NSG group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The contents of the exciting aminoacid neurotransmitters ( main is Glu ) in the brain of the stroke sequela models of rats which lack Qi and have blood silted had increased, for lack of Qi and blood silt. There is energy metabolism descent in the model and increase in the content of the Glu on the other hand,The high content of the Glu increases the harm to the rats and makes the energy metabolism of the rats worse.
