摘要
目的对中风后遗症气虚血瘀大鼠模型脑组织和血清钠、钾、钙、镁离子含量及脑组织和红细胞膜上钠、钾、钙、镁、钙镁 ATP 酶活性进行研究。方法建立中风后遗症气虚血瘀大鼠模型,采用原子分光光度计法测定大鼠模型脑组织和血清钠、钾、钙、镁离子含量,采用定磷法测定脑组织和红细胞膜上钠钾、钙、镁、钙镁 ATP 酶活性。结果刺激组符合中医“气虚血瘀”证候。刺激组脑组织钠离子显著高于正常组和非刺激组(P<0.01);而血钠显著低于正常组、非刺激组(P<0.05,P<0.01),血钾显著低于非刺激组(P<0.01),血钙、血镁显著低于正常组(P<0.05,P<0.01);脑组织镁 ATP 酶显著高于正常组(P<0.05),红细胞钙 ATP 酶显著低于正常组和非刺激组(P<0.05),红细胞镁、钙镁 ATP 酶显著低于正常组(P<0.05)。结论能量代谢障碍和血液中离子紊乱可能是中风后遗症“气虚血瘀”大鼠模型形成的部分原因。
