摘要
战略人力资源管理对于企业的发展日益重要,但我国煤矿企业的现状却不容乐观,煤矿企业的安全生产更是面临着严峻的挑战。从战略人力资源的角度,对我国煤矿企业的安全生产与员工素质的匹配问题作了具体分析,首先阐明我国煤矿企业的战略人力资源管理总体现状,然后对煤炭企业的安全生产和员工素质匹配进行分析,阐述其存在的问题,并在此基础上提出相应的对策和建议。
Strategic human resource management is becoming more and more important to the development of enterprises, but coal mine enterprises" situation in China is not good enough. Coal mine enterprises' safe producing is facing a serious situation. This paper analyzed the fit of coal mine enterprises" safe producing in China and the employees' qualifications from the angle of strategic human resource management. First, it analyzed the whole coal mine enterprises' situation, and then analyzed the fit and came to the conclusions and suggestions about this issue.
