摘要 目的通过16例微创全膝关节置换术了解其疗效。方法用膝关节髌骨内侧切开方法完成全膝关节置换,手术的核心是不损伤股四头肌,必须不以任何方式破坏伸膝装置,本组病例平均切口长度9.5 cm。结果与传统手术方法相比在出血量、术后功能恢复等方面有较多优点。结论微创技术应用于全膝关节置换能减少病人的创伤,加速了患者术后的康复,较快恢复膝关节功能,是一个值得推广的手术方式。在具备较丰富全膝关节置换技术的基础上该术式的适应症是可以适当扩大的。 Objective To investigate the treatment effects through 16 cases of the whole knee joint replacement operation with the microtraumatic techniques. Methods With the incision of internall part of the knee joint's patella to perform the whole knee joint replacement operation. The main point were that it had not injury of the quadriceps femoris muscle and no destruction of the knee joint extension structures in any ways. The average length of incision in these cases was 9.5cm. Results There were a lot of advantages, such as the bleeding amount and the function recovery after operation compared with the traditional maneuvers. Conclusion It can reduce the patient's injury to use the microtraumatic techniques in the whole knee joint replacement operation, promote the patient's recovery after operation and recover the knee joint function in the fast way.
