摘要
基于对中国建筑学科发展的认识,和对快速大量的建筑营造带来的现象的反思,同时也应对建筑学术界关于“建构”概念的热烈讨论,南京大学建筑研究所特邀著名建筑理论家美国哥伦比亚大学建筑研究学院的教授肯尼斯·弗兰普顿(Kenneth Frampton)作为会议主席和组织者之一,主办了题为“结构,肌理和地形学”的国际学术研讨会。弗兰普顿先生邀请了来自日本、美国和欧洲的著名建筑师和建筑理论家以建筑的结构、表皮和形式三个相互关联的元素为研讨会的出发点,从十九世纪中叶德意志建筑理论对建构的最初思考到当今建筑、景观和城市的表现形式,进行广泛而深入的探讨。
Based on rethinking of the situation in architectural deyeloprnent in China,and reacting to the heated tectonic conceptual discussions within the Chinese architecture world,the Graduate School of Architecture at Nanjing University held a symposium on ＂Stucture,Fabric and topography＂,which Kenneth Frampton of Columbia University was invited as a chief organizer,Professor Fraraption set the framework for the symposium and invited speakers from Japan,America and Eurape,The discussion focused from the origins of these categories in mid-19th century Germary in thinking ,then to the way as it is continuing to make itself manifest in contemporary architecture,landscape anc urban form.
