摘要
目的:观察抑郁症患者治疗前后脑内神经递质的变化。方法:对入组的30例患者用脑电超慢涨落分析仪在治疗前后的不同阶段对神经递质含量进行检测。结果:抑郁症患者脑内神经递质(尤其是5-HT及NE)降低,治疗2周后NE值明显回升(P<0.05),治疗6周后5-HT及NE显著上升(P<0.01)。结论:抑郁症患者脑内5-HT及NE含量降低,随着药物治疗和症状的改善,患者脑内5-HT及NE含量逐步升高。
Objective: To observe the changes of brain neuroregulator in patients with depression after treatment. Methods: 30 patients with depression were enrolled in this report. The level of 5 - HT and NE was measured before and after treatment by Encephalofluctuograph technology. Results: The level of brain neurotransmitors, such as 5 - HT and NE, was decreased before treatment; but the level of NE was increased after 2 weeks treatment (P 〈 0.05) and the 5 - HT and NE were significantly increased after 6 weeks treatment (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions: The brain level of 5 - HT and NE is decreased in the patients with depression but its level can increase when the patients are treated and improve their symptoms.
