摘要
目的:研究川芎嗪、冰片的溶血作用,并比较3种溶血实验方法。方法:以氰化高铁血红蛋白法及直接测定法观察。结果:3种方法均显示川芎嗪、冰片具有溶血作用,但3种方法的敏感度不同。结论:川芎嗪、冰片溶血作用明显。
Objective： To study the hemolytic effect of ligustrazine, synthetic bomeol and to compare these three hemolysis test methods. Methods： To observe with eyanomethemoglobin and indirectly measurement. Results： The three methods all showed that ligustrazine, synthetic bomeol had hemodaais, but the sensitivity of the three methods were different. Conclusion： The hemoclasis of ligustratine, synthetic homed were obviously.
