摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜异位症的最佳治疗方法。方法将治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者按入选条件选择。分为四组,A组为腹腔镜手术组,B组为开腹手术组,C组为单纯药物治疗组。D组为腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗组。结果治疗后A组症状复发13例,复发率为21.67%;妊娠35例,妊娠率为58.33%。B组症状复发19例,复发率为31.67%;妊娠19例,妊娠率为31.67%。C组症状复发51例,复发率为85.00%;妊娠7例,妊娠率为11.67%。D组症状复发6例,复发率为10.00%;妊娠39例,妊娠率为65.00%。结论子宫内膜异位症的最佳治疗方法为腹腔镜手术治疗加术后药物治疗。
[Objective] To explore the best treatment method of endometriosis. [Methods] From 1997 to 2004, a total of 240 patients with enclometriosis, on the elective conditions, divided into four groups, there were 60 patients in each group. Group A was laparoscopic surgery group. Group B was open abdomen operation, Group C was medicine treatment group. Group D was laparoscopic surgery and medicine treatment one. Compare the relief of symptom, the relapse of symptom and pregnancy before and after treatment in each group to investigate the effect of each groups and to explore the best method of to treat endometresis. [Results] After treatment, the number of relapse were 13（21.67%）, 19（31.67%）, 51 （85.00%） and 6（10.00%） in group A-D respectively. The numbers of pregnancy were 35（58.33%）, 19（31.67%）, 7（11.67%） and 39（65.00%） in group A-D respectively. The relapse rate of group D was the lowest in all four groups. And the pregnancy rate of it was the hightest. [Conclusion] The best treatment methods are laparoseopic surgery and medicine treatment after surgery.
