摘要
本文分析比较了宝兴泛树蛙(无尾目,树蛙科)四个地理居群的核型、 C-带和Ag-NORs,结 果表明它们有相同的2n=26,NF=52,和相同的核型模式: 5+8。但是,它们彼此之间在SM数 目和顺序、次缢痕或随体的位置以及银染的位置、C-带类型等都有所不同。普雄居群:Nos.2,3, 6, 9为 SM,次缢痕和 Ag-NORs在 12q inter;峨眉山居群: Nos.2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9为 SM,随体 和Ag-NORs在12q ter;利川居群:Nos.2,4,7,8,13为SM,次缢痕和Ag-NORs位于10q inter; 景东居群:Nos. 2,3为SM,随体和 Ag-NORs在 12q ter,且有较多的插入型和端位C-带。推测 居群间的核型分化是倒位和相互易位(包括常染色质和异染色质片段)的结果。文章对细胞地理学 研究的重要性作了讨论。
The karyotypes, C-bands and Ag-NORs of four populations of Polypedates dugritei from different geographical regions were compared. They have the same 2n=26 and 5 + 8 karyotypic formulae, but some dissimilarities were found among them. First, the number and Sequence of submetacentric chromosome were different among them, and then the sec- ondary contriction (SC) or satellite (Sat. ), Ag-NORs and C-band were also different. Nos. 2, 3, 6, 9, are SM,SC and Ag-NORs on 12q inter for Puxiong population;Nos. 2, 3, 4 , 7, 8, 9 are SM, Sat. and Ag-NORs on 12q ter for Mount Omei population ; Nos. 2, 4, 7, 8, 13 are SM, SC and Ag-NORs on 10q inter for Lichuan population. In Jingdong population Nos. 2,3 are SM only, Sat. and Ag-NORs are on 12q ter; besides the C-type C-bands, it has several ter-type and inter-type C-bands. These karyotypic and banding differences a- mong them probably resulted from the inversion and reciprocal transposition of heterochro- matins. The importance of cytogeography research is discussed.
