现代色谱技术在临床药理学中的应用

摘要 随着医药工业的发展，上市新药不断大量涌现，为加强药品安全性监督，各国卫生部先后将新药临床药理研究作为新药评审的重要内容．临床药理研究的意义在于：发现新药作用特点和开发更有临床价值的新品种，开发出血药浓度高、作用时间延长、毒副作用降低的新品种和剂型；掌握药物作用特点和在人体内作用规律，帮助医生正确选择和使用药物．那么，在实际工作中必须解决的同题就是建立体内微量药物及其代谢物的分离、分析方法。近年来，新的测定方法不断出现，本文着重对色谱技术在临床药理研究中的应用及前景作一综述．
