摘要
关注弱势群体的权利保护,是当代世界人权的发展趋势。弱势群体作为一种社会现象,存在于人类社会产生至今的各个阶段。现阶段我国的弱势群体是在市场竞争中被边缘化的群体,是市场经济发展的必然产物。弱势群体的权利保护与和谐社会的建立之间存在着非常密切的关系。对弱势群体的利益保护实质上是对每一个社会成员的人权的保护,建立、完善弱势群体权利的保障体系是坚持科学发展观正确处理弱势群体与社会发展关系的一个重要方面,是实现和谐社会的必要条件。
Paying attention to the protection of the rights of vulnerable groups is the developing trend of modern human rights in the world. Vulnerable groups, as a social phenomenon, existed in every phase of human society. Nowadays, the vulnerable groups are the groups who have been on the verge in the market competition. They are also the certain products of the development of the market economy. There is a very close relationship between the protection of the rights of vulnerable groups and the establishment of the harmonious society. The protection of the benefits of the vulnerable groups is actually the protection of the human right of every social member. Establishing and protecting the protection of the rights of vulnerable groups is an important aspect to insist on the scientific developing view and correctly deal with the relationship between vulnerable groups and the social development. It is also the necessary condition to realize the harmonious society.
