摘要
中俄关系的建立和发展顺应了冷战后国际关系发展的潮流,在十多年时间里,取得了举世瞩目的成就。中俄关系是一种新型的国家关系,主要体现在:从结盟转向不结盟、不针对第三方;从对抗转向协调、合作;从意识形态利益至上转向以国家经济利益为中心;由理性因素代替非理性因素;机制化建设是两国发展关系的保障。
The establishment and development of Sino - Russian relation has copped with the current of international relations the Cold War. It has obtained great achievements in more than ten years. The Sino - Russian relation is a kind of new nation relation： Sino - Russian relation has changed from alliance to do not form alliance and do not aim at the third party, from resist to the coordination ,from see the consciousness benefits as the highest benefit to regard the national economic benefits as the center.
